Clever! I went to 3 booksignings last week. 2 were very small (but part of a larger festival) and 1 was ginormous. I have stopped to chat with a few at RWA as well who caught my eye. It’s nice to meet an author and have time to talk about his/her books versus reading a review online or basing the decision of whether or not to read based on a cover.

Awww!! I feel so bad for those authors who get overshadowed by the big names…saw it at a RT con a few years ago. I’d go up and talk to the ‘bored’ looking ones…got a few more books to read in the process 🙂
