I have absolutely no idea what that thing is. I just wanted to send a great big old Texas howdy your way. Wish you were here, but it looks so gorgeous and green where you are. Not a doghouse or a solar dome. Or composter, although that’s a creative idea. The opening at the bottom rim was created by someone TRYING to make a doghouse or playhouse out of it.
